多重免疫組化（mIHC）
主要的技術原理來自TSA技術，TSA即酪酰胺信號放大(Tyramide signal amplification)是一類利用辣根過氧化酶（HRP）對靶蛋白或核酸進行高密度原位標記的酶學檢測方法。

2.減少了實驗設計時不同種屬抗體選擇匹配的限制。
